Help With Booking

Need help booking a service? Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Services in the navbar.
  2. Select the category you need (e.g. Plumbing, Cleaning, etc.).
  3. On the service’s page, click the “Book” button.
  4. If you’re not signed in, you’ll be prompted to log in.
  5. Enter your address so we can check if Workiii covers your area.
  6. Review the pricing for your zone.
  7. Choose a reservation date and time.
  8. Optionally add a message so the provider understands your request.
  9. Complete payment to confirm your booking.
Note: After payment you’ll receive an email confirmation with your booking details—date, time, price, and location.

Managing Your Booking

Once you’ve booked, here’s what happens next:

  • You’ll see your booking listed under My Bookings in your dashboard.
  • Wait for the provider to accept or propose a new time.
  • When accepted, you’ll get another confirmation email.
  • If something changes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hrs before.
Tip: Keep an eye on your dashboard notifications and email so you don’t miss provider updates.
