Payments & Refunds

Workiii partners with Stripe to capture your payment securely when you reserve a service. This means your card is authorized (held), but the money isn’t transferred until the provider completes the job.

Adding & Managing Payment Methods

  1. On the booking page, click “Add Payment Method.”
  2. Enter card details and billing address.
  3. Save the card for faster checkout next time.

Manage your saved cards anytime under Payment Methods in your dashboard.

Note: We never store your raw card data—Stripe handles everything.

Making a Payment

  • Review the captured amount (zone pricing + service fee).
  • Select a saved card or add a new one.
  • Click “Confirm Payment” to authorize the hold.

The hold is released (settled) automatically once the provider marks the job complete.

Managing Your Booking & Refunds

To get a refund, you must cancel your booking before it’s accepted by the provider:

  1. Go to My Bookings in your dashboard.
  2. Select the upcoming booking and click “Cancel Booking.”
  3. Once canceled, the held amount is released back to your card.

If a provider rejects your reservation, the full amount is refunded to your card within 7 business days via Stripe.

Tip: Check your bank statement for “Stripe” entries to track holds and refunds.
