List Your Service

After signing up, head to www.workiii.com/en/list-a-service. You’ll be guided through seven steps to create a compelling business listing.

Step 1: Service Information

Provide your service title, select a category, write a clear description, and set your base price.

  • Enter a concise, descriptive Service Title.
  • Choose the most relevant Category.
  • Use the editor to detail what’s included, any certifications, and your expertise.
  • Set your Base Rate (per hour or per project).
Note: A well-written description helps clients find and trust your listing.

Step 2: Location & Pricing

Define your service area and zone-based pricing:

  • Enter your business address to center the map.
  • Draw or set a radius for each Service Zone.
  • Assign an hourly rate for each zone.

Step 3: Availability

Choose when clients can book you:

  • Select either a Shift Schedule (e.g. “Morning”, “Afternoon”) or Time Slots.
  • Click days of the week and specify your available shifts.
  • Enable 24h Advance Booking if you accept next-day requests.
Tip: Keeping your availability up to date reduces booking conflicts.

Step 4: Q&A

Preempt client questions by adding FAQs to your listing:

  • Enter common Questions and your clear Answers.
  • Use the suggested Q&A for ideas and edit as needed.

Step 5: Images

Showcase your work with at least 5 high-resolution photos:

  • Drag & drop or click “Upload Images.”
  • Include before/after shots, process photos, or your team at work.

Step 6: Business Profile

Complete your business details so clients trust you and payments reach you smoothly.

  • Business Type:
    • Individual / Sole Proprietorship – You alone own the business and are responsible for all profits and losses.
    • Corporation / Business Entity – A separate legal entity with directors or investors; offers limited liability and tax structure benefits.
  • Company Name: Enter your legal business name.
  • Support Phone: A number clients can call for questions or emergencies.
Why upload IDs? We require a government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and ensure a secure platform.

Compliance & ID Verification

  • Upload clear front and back scans of your ID.
  • Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG (max 5 MB). No screenshots.

Bank Account Information

  • Account Holder Name: Must match your legal or business name.
  • Account & Transit Numbers: 7–12-digit account, 5-digit transit, 3-digit institution (Canada).
  • Currency & Country: Defaults to CAD / Canada.
Tip: We use Stripe to process payouts. Keeping your bank info up to date ensures you receive earnings without delay.

Step 7: Review & Publish

Double-check all details, preview your listing, then click “Publish.” Your service will go live once approved.

Final Tip: Keep your listing updated—edit pricing, availability, and images anytime from your dashboard.
