Account Settings
In your dashboard’s Account Settings, you can manage all aspects of your profile and bookings. Here’s what you can do:
Personal Information
- Update your full name
- Change your email address
- Modify your phone number
- Edit your birthday
- Adjust your home address
Security & Login
- Reset your password at any time
- Review active sessions and sign out of other devices
- Enable two-factor authentication (coming soon)
Booking Management
- View all upcoming and past bookings under My Bookings
- Cancel a booking up to 24 hrs before the scheduled time
- Click any booking to see details, provider info, and pricing
- Download or email your receipt from the booking details page
Tip: Keep your information up to date to ensure providers can reach you and that service covers your area correctly.
